Jennie's Positive Paws is a dog training, behaviour, and walking business based at Starboard View, South Woodham Ferrers, Essex CM3 5GR.

  • Your name, email address, phone number, and any address details you share for home visits.
  • Information about your dog, such as age, breed, behaviour, history, routines, triggers, health details you choose to share, and training goals.
  • Messages and notes sent through the contact form, WhatsApp, Facebook, phone, email, or follow-up support.
  • Booking, invoice, and payment-related records.
  • Website usage data, cookie preferences, heatmap and session replay data, and conversion data where you consent to optional cookies.

  • Directly from you when you fill in the form, send a message, call, or book a service.
  • From your use of the website where cookies or analytics are accepted.
  • From the platforms you choose to use, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, HubSpot forms, or Google.

If you do not provide the basic contact or dog information needed for an enquiry, we may not be able to reply properly or deliver the service safely.

  • To book and deliver consultations, training, assisted lead walks, and dog walking services.

  • Meta / WhatsApp if you contact us through WhatsApp or Facebook, or where those services process your interaction.
  • Website hosting and technical providers who help us run the site securely.
  • Payment, accounting, or legal providers where needed for normal business administration.

7. International transfers

Some of the suppliers we use may process information outside the UK. Where that happens, we expect them to use appropriate safeguards, such as recognised contractual protections or equivalent lawful transfer mechanisms.

  • Client, booking, and service records: usually up to 6 years after the last service, where needed for legal, tax, or business record keeping.
  • Cookie and analytics data: according to your consent choices and the settings of the providers involved.
  • Messages on third-party platforms: in line with business need and the platform's own retention rules.

9. Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies so the website and contact form work properly. We also offer optional categories that help us improve the website and measure ads.

  • Website improvement: helps us understand page use, contact-form activity, WhatsApp clicks, scroll depth, dead clicks, and other interaction patterns using analytics, heatmaps, and session replay tools.
  • Ad measurement: helps us understand whether paid traffic, including Google Ads, is bringing the right visitors.

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use and interact with the website. Clarity can help us understand behaviour through metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, such as which pages are useful, where people click, how far they scroll, and where the website may be confusing or difficult to use. We use this information to improve the site, make enquiry routes clearer, support website security and fraud prevention, and understand how well marketing activity is working.

Clarity may collect website usage data using first-party and third-party cookies and similar tracking technologies. By using this site where these tools are active, you agree that Jennie's Positive Paws and Microsoft can collect and use this data.
