Most sessions start at your home, where Jennie can see your dog in the environment where the behaviour actually shows up. She will ask about your dog’s history, observe how things unfold, and build a practical plan with you. If the problem mostly happens on walks, Jennie will often include a short walk as part of the visit. You leave with written notes and a clear next step rather than just verbal feedback on the day.

How long does each session last?

Most behaviour and puppy consultations are two hours. Follow-up visits are usually one hour. Assisted lead walk sessions are typically an hour of hands-on coaching. Online consultations are available as 30-minute or 60-minute sessions depending on what you need to cover.

How many sessions will my dog need?

There is no fixed answer, because every dog and every household is different. Many owners find that one or two sessions plus a clear written plan gives them the confidence to make real progress at home. Jennie will be straightforward with you about what is realistic rather than booking sessions you do not need.

Do you work with rescue dogs or dogs with a difficult history?
